Who We Are
Animal Cruelty Awareness was started by Nicole Raymer as a class project. The project entailed choosing a topic that the student felt strongly about and then create a blog based on that issue. From there the student was to then build a website based on the blog and topics posted by the student and any others who responded. As of now there is no formal organization, simply a website made by a student who cares about the welfare of all animals.


Our Mission
The purpose of this website is to inform the reader of major issues in animal cruelty, both nationally and internationally. From this site the viewer should be able to gain some knowledge of what animal cruelty is, why it is cause for concern, and small ways to help prevent it. The topic of animal cruelty is very serious and does not get the attention that it needs. If we can educate just one person who then educates another who educates another and so on we have achieved our goal. A majority of the infromation presented on this site was taken from the ASPCA, HSUS, PETA, and other organization's websites.
